[Client] Past 3 patches have had absurd post-game load times.

After each game it may take up to 5 minutes to load the post game screen. During the load time it makes noises each time somebody uses chat in the post-game but it doesn't display it. This would be instantly fixed by an option that instantly skips the post-game screen. I would leave that on everyday just to have normal load times.

I know this isn't a problem with my computer since I don't ever download stuff and my computer space is at 30% so it shouldn't be slowing down with new updates. This problem didn't exist when I started on the new client. Within about 2-3 weeks of having it the post-game screen started to come really late.
