highlights still after 2 years have sound bugs

as title says thehighlights often wont record sound or dropp for no reason in quality even though i adjusted it. i have tried LITERALY 20 times to get one highlight and i am just done with this. can riot PLEASE fix this, this is a bug that exists for more then 2 years and they know it exists. its not funny
