[GAMEPLAY] Exiled Morgana's 'R' says it's ready, even if it's on CD

Yesterday, I was playing a ranked game (Flex) with Morgana, using her Exiled skin. Just before a team fight (I was around level 9), I pinged my 'R' - Soul Shackles - to indicate that it was still on cooldown and for the team to wait it out before engaging. However, it said it was "Ready" (I still had 30 seconds left on cooldown for it) and we ended up with a rather disastrous team fight.

I'm not sure if it's exclusive to the Exiled skin, or if it happens before level 9, but it continued to state that it was "Ready" whenever I pinged it, for the rest of the game, even if it was on cooldown.

Steps:

1. Use Soul Shackles (R) and wait for it to be on cooldown.
2. Hold down the Control key and click on Soul Shackles to ping the cooldown time.
