Arcade Miss Fortune Love Tap Sound Bug

When MF received the Love Tap passive, her Arcade skin got an awesome sound effect to match. As you can see in the Skin Spotlights video, there were two sounds, a primary and an alternate. First blip, then bloop. As of 5.23 (I think), however, there is only one sound. First blip, then...blip. You can hear this here: https://youtu.be/9GuzkKp7xqs How to reproduce this bug:

1. Play Arcade Miss Fortune.
2. Attack something, then something else.
3. Blip, bloop.

Note: I submitted a report on this two months ago, but it has yet to be fixed. This bug greatly lowers the value of the skin, and must be fixed ASAP.
