Post game, can't take actions

Hey, I was wondering if anyone else was having a problem with not being able to honor, report, or send friend requests to other players after a game ended. I was able to do it last game, but this game there was a toxic Tryndamere (Welcome to silver) and a team mate who did well, but I couldn't honor the teammate or report the other player. Thoughts?
