I think there's a ranked system bug

I get an unranked zyra https://gyazo.com/b75aba13877fe189567ecbe7d308d00d She is probably going to get placed in low bronze I get wayy too many unranked players in my games and you're not accounting this towards the lp sysystem nor the mmr system. They did not get an unranked player. Putting us at the 5v4 disadvantage. Is there any reasoning for why this is a good thing? I just don't get it. 50% of the time I get unranked players on my team. The enemy team very rarely has an unranked player and if they do it's a smurf.
