Stealthed Twitch can be seen using Frostqueens

The Problem I was playing Twitch yesterday, and some people got a Frost Queens. Before, their spooky ghosts active couldn't see me when I was in stealth; now, they apparently can. It was a nightmare trying to sneak around and flank whenever their ghosts were up.

I'll try recreating it and post my results here when I have the time. This is extremely frustrating, since there's no way to outplay these ghosts at point blank, and can prevent Twitch from doing potential ambushes. Unlike pink wards, the behavior feels somewhat counter-intuitive, and can easily mean death with the slow. Was this intended or not?

Before, if memory serves me correct, I used to be able to stealth and avoid the ghosts. Ghosts will now latch on (possess? lol) post stealth like heat seeking missiles.

One thing to note for further testing: Frostqueen's won't send out any ghosts if:
