Corki's dialogue is global

Last game i just played as Elise jungle with a corki ADC and randomly i could hear his voice even when i was very far away from him. This happened multiple times and even my toplane trynd commented on it saying he thinks it's global.

Not sure if bug? But otherwise annoying.

It only happens when he uses his passive. It is intended.
