[gameplay] Tristana Consumables

In the "in-game-shop" i.e. the one on summoners rift, there's a consumables tab that contains the health and mana potion, the green and pink ward, and also contains the recommended elixir for the champion that you are currently playing for MOST champions in the game. As you could've guessed by the title, Tristana is one of the only ones (by this i mean im not sure if there are any others) that has ONLY the green ward and the health potion in her recommended items "consumables" tab. Adding the extra potions/wards/elixir should be a relatively small fix that would fit in perfectly with the small patch sizes leading up the the end of the ranked play for season 5.

As this is an issue related to the in-game-shop, it's easily replicated by simply playing a game as Tristana and looking at the "consumables" tab in her recommended items page.
