Sion Q Bug

Although i wasnt the one to figure it out how it works, i was just in an aram with a summoner who abused the crap out of this bug.

Bug: Sion Q can change directions during the cast Steps: Hold Q then R and press Q in the new direction you want to cast it in Ability to Reproduce: As i said, i haven't tried it but from what happened in the ARAM it seems very easy to reproduce consistently

EDIT: Just tried to this in a custom, its very easy to do 100% of the time
