Not receiving the right amounts of IP

First off I've seen a large number of bug reports and complaints about IP related issues and now that I'm experiencing it it's very frustrating since grinding ip is already a chore when it's working as intended.

for 2 games in a row now after winning I received the incorrect amount of IP from the games ( I verified by checking the exact amount i was supposed to get in match history ) my most recent win was supposed to give me 173 because someone purchased a skin boost and i only received I believe 50-60 not even 73 so it's not just the boost not working.
