MAJOR Karthus bugs!

So I was playing a game yesterday as Karthus against Fizz mid. Several things went wrong and are basically game breaking if you play Karthus at all.

The first bug I noticed, I hit 6, Fizz hits 6. He all ins me and I exhaust, etc. I do not die. Fizz is about to take a turret shot, I press R, and fizz uses playful trickster causing my ult to stop channeling completely. No damage is done anywhere on the map, because Fizz used Playful Trickster while my ult was channeling.

The second MAJOR bug I noticed is that I built 40% CDR on Karthus, and it had absolutely 0 effect on my abilities. Karthus R CD is 180seconds with 0%cdr. With 40% CDR the tooltip was Indicating that my ult should of had a 108second cooldown, but upon using my ultimate, it went on cooldown for the FULL 180 seconds WITH 40% cdr.

Again to clarify, I had max cdr, the tooltip indicated a 108second cooldown on rank 2 ultimate, but it incurred a FULL cooldown (180seconds) every time it was used.
