Blackfire Torch????

So uhh.. I was playing a 3 v 3 Co op vs AI with some friends, just messing around. Cass bot got super fed and she built... a blackfire torch? Last I checked that item was removed from the game .. Is this a bug or just something I didn't know about?

The reason behind this is because the AI don't have to actually purchase things. They just get items at certain breakpoints and they havent been updated in... forever.
