Season High Grade Not Appearing in My Collection

Title. I have a few games played where I have gotten an S grade and it does not appear on the champion in my collection. It merely says- "Season High Grade: N/A". Is this intentional? I own the champion(s). In fact there are some champs I have played extensively and it continues to read N/A. What's the deal?
