Did i miss something or why I dont get 50 BE + bonus xps? Or am I the only one with the bug?

Now the weird thing is I can't remember where I saw it.. but it wasn't intended to go live with the patch itself (the code is there but my thought is they're trying to gather more "pre change" data before making the change). We can probably expect that to go live sometime this week.
It wasn't shipped this patch, apparently. It is on the PBE.
