Champion Select screen kicking players out

Lately there have been times where I am in queue and am just waiting for bans and picks to be chosen when the game will suddenly kick me out claiming I queue dodged and giving me a 5+ minute penalty, even if I didn't click anything. This has happened a few times already since the client was updated. This is especially annoying since half the time someone dodges and I am forced to wait for another game anyway. Has this happened to anyone else and if so have you found a solution or at least a probable cause?
