[GAMEPLAY] Surrender Doesn't Show Nexus Explosion on New SR

Issue: Enemy surrender does not move camera to show the opponent's nexus explosion.

Severity: Minor

Reproduction steps: Have an opponent surrender while the camera is not near the enemy's nexus. The camera will not move to the opponent's nexus to show the explosion.
