[GAMEPLAY] Visual Stuttering and Artifacts when Champions Move In/Out of Vision

Issue: On the new Summoner's Rift, when champions move in and out of vision, occasionally you'll see strange artifacts where the champion either appears to be where they are not, or appear/disappear quickly in succession. This occurs both when entering/exiting bushes and in/out of vision around terrain.

Severity: Medium

Reproduction steps: As stated, thoroughly reproducible on the new Summoner's Rift map when champions move in and out of vision from either bush stealth or terrain visibility. I particularly noticed when fighting in a group in the bush by the blue team's Krugs camp (image of the area attached). However, I did notice it happen in other spots on the map.
