[GAMEPLAY] Viktor's E (laser) won't go off

I play Viktor constantly, and I just figured this issue out.

So if you try to E towards yourself from affar (as if a melee champ is on top of you and you want to damage him) the laser will go off only if you aim the E (first part using smart cast) within range. If you try to damage this given champion and you start your E from affar, any direction farther than its normal range, with its direction towards you, Viktor will walk in range of what you aimed at and stop; he won't use the laser. But, this won't happen with the laser if you aim outside (as if used to harass), only when you aim towards yourself.

I tried this with one augment on the laser, and even tested it out in some other ways:

If you send viktor to walk a determined distance, and while hes walking you use E (towards yourself, if aimed outside it'll work fine), he'll use the laser IF the the first part of the E is in range of the end of this determined distance; if not, he'll walk up to the initiaion of E, stop and won't work.

It may seem odd but a couple of times I wasn't able to use the laser on top of myself and it wasn't cool :3
