[GAMEPLAY] Some champs can escape GALIO'S ult

I don't know if this will be fixed, specially because Galio's isn't played much.

But here is the deal: I play Galio alot and I enjoy him, but it irritates me when a champion I ult escapes from the ult's damage. No I'm not talking about using Mercurial Scimitar or Mikael's, for example a Riven I was playing against jumped with her Q or E (I don't remember) as soon as the ult finished out of its range, making her recieve no damage at all. This happens with other champions like Fizz's Playful Trickster (ifI'm not mistaken). Maybe they were wearing Mercury's Treads, having 0.5 seconds free to escape from range. Now if this is what Riot made on purpose I believe It should be changed becuase Galio pretty much relies on his ult late game, and simply by buying a type of boots to avoid his ult makes him a bit useless.

I ask for whoever makes the patches make Galio's ult un-leavable (if thats a word), except from special items or abilities obviously (Mercurial Scimitar, Sivir's spell shield); this could make Galio a bit more played perhaps, and with enough popularity maybe make $$$ from Gatekeeper :)
