[GAMEPLAY] Fizz Ultimate - Different Behavior in 6.9

Hi folks,

Fizz's ultimate is behaving differently in interactions with certain abilities in this patch... namely Gangplank's Remove Scurvy and (possibly) Master Yi's ultimate. I'm guessing this is related to the changes that were required to make the ult QSS-able after the changes to QSS. Namely:

• Remove Scurvy now drops the ult on the ground. Previously, it remained attached to GP.
• Anecdotally, I've seen Master Yi walk straight out of the ult while his ult was active. Strangely, it doesn't seem to occur all the time, so it's possible the ult just missed when I thought it had not. But given that the ult was apparently reclassified as a slow, it wouldn't surprise me.

I also understand that this is possibly intended behavior, but if that's the case I'd appreciate if that could be clarified. Thanks!
