[GAMEPLAY] Talon's Rake affected by cone bug

I've not played Talon enough to say this is 100% but I'm very sure that his W / Rake is also affected by the dash-cone ability bug affecting Nidalee and Kassadin. One of the main ways to do a quick burst of damage is to Q, E, W and while I'm willing to admit that I miss plenty of his Rake's by not realising my position I'm very sure that it fired in the wrong direction regardless for me today. I flashed into range of a Swain trying to retreat and Rake would've allowed me catch up (E was on cooldown) yet instead of firing forwards him it fired upwards (red side and it fired up to the top of the map instead of down to blue side).

I'm going to test it more later tonight on a custom game but for now I'll leave this up in case others have noticed it.
