Azir bug again maybe?

Not sure if anyone else has seen this but...

Today I was doing a bot match ( I do them for first win) and I was getting blue buff and I noticed when I placed a soldier and started attacking he would try to run off in a random direction. I just went on saying okay what ever...then I went to go kill dragon, same thing. So after the bots I made a custom game to try and re-do it...same thing, trying to run off while placing and attacking. I haven't played him in a live game yet, but I thought I'd bring it here to see if anyone else has seen this.
