Ping incredibly high after season start

Has anyone else experienced unplayable ping spikes ever since the new update for the ranked season? It is literally unplayable and I have never, ever had an issue with ping before. It is not my isp as all other games seem to be fine. Did they move a server at the start of the ranked season or something?

Does anyone have a solution for high ping?
