Bilgewater home screen not loading correctly.

Sadly, I cannot take a screenshot, but I will try to describe this as best as possible. When I launch the client, the home screen has a scroll bar. The pictures that are normally there are now on top of each other (so that I have to scroll down to see them), the titles that are normally on or next to the pictures are now below them. behind the pictures is only a black screen, so the titles I just mentioned are invisible unless highlighted. Finally, not a single link is there. I cannot click any of them. This means I cannot do the storylines since I can't click on the link. Any help is appreciated
