Lux Ult Range Indicator Too Long [GAMEPLAY]

When I was playing lux i was looking at my range indicator for my ult. I saw it said I was in range of my target and so I cast it. My target did not move and my ult fell short even thought it was supposedly in range.

To reproduce this simply play Lux and cast your ult while looking at the end of the range indicator..

This happens whenever I play Lux, I am not sure if the Minimap range indicator has the same problem.
