Bug with Fiora's Vitals image

The past few days while playing as Fiora I noticed the Vitals aren't correctly appearing\disappearing around the other champions. Where the Vital would appear, saw top of the champion it would not disappear when the new on appeared. So if the next one was on the left of the champion the top and left would both be "active". Both Vitals will not activate when attacked though, only the actual active one will be able to be hit, the other is just the image stuck.
