I Open my skins to no surprise its nearly identical to the ones during snowdown just different prices nothing special. However 1 was Ghost Bridge Morgana. I didnt want it but after a few matchs I go to check my lunar shop and in place of Ghost Bridge Morgana it was an empty card I had to flip over again. This time it was a cait skin I didnt really want. However I am pretty sure this is a bug not sure what caused it but it let me flip over and try cards again :)

It's because they are taking out all the skins that will be on sale in February. http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/news/store/sales/february-sales-schedule
