Ashe/Kat/Ekko (not sure about the others) borders no longer load even with the icons unlocked. In aram and in SR and in practice and coop-v ai.

I have this problem either, I used to have a project Ashe border, then, it just gone, I don't know why

Hmm. I just tested it in practice tool and look at my collection, and can see all of them. So I dunno.
