Have 3 Refund Tokens, But I can't Refund?
I purchased Draven to try him out, he is not my play, I went to refund but it says not refundable?? that can not be due to me having 3 refund tokens please assist.

If your content appears to be within the refundable requirements according to that but you still can't, I suggest submitting a Support Ticket. They'll be able to help you refund it or let you know why it doesn't meet the requirements.
