Azir Bug (Ultimate)
So I truly love playing Azir but I would say his ult is pretty problematic- I just played against a Lee Sin and when he would use Resonating Strike toward my ult it would instead of knocking him back preventing his dash it would instead knock him up over the wall and in most cases it would either put him right in front of me (between me and my wall) or right behind me (depending how far he gets before knock up); either scenario is problematic.
Also Azir needs some love in terms of items, there really isn't a whole lot of items that work for him; example: Nashor's Tooth is on his required item list for recommended tab yet the unique passive that applies magic damage per auto attack is lost when using soldiers (which is really the only time you do damage any way.) The range on the soldiers really isn't long enough to take much advantage of rylais (not sure if it stacks with conquering sands) - If you neglect cooldown/attack speed items you end up burning WAY too much mana for little damage (need to get at least 2 autos on 1 soldier summon before using CS, then another 2 after) - One thing that surprises me is how low Azir's attack damage is; makes farming a REAL pain throughout game but even more so under turret and early. To clarify MOST casters have ~50 AD at level 1 with a scaling of 3 or higher per level- After glancing through a few champs Karthus is the only one I found with a lower AD (42 compared to Azirs 43) however Karthus has 3.3 scaling per level where as Azir is 2.8. By level 3 they are even; level 4+ Karthus has more.
Buff Will of the Ancients and Azir will be fine lol.
