Rune pages were delete + 2

Ok so I have been playing on my second account, came back to this account with my rune pages wiped.

My client is also lagging... Like i press play and nothing happens.

My internet is a 1gig down fiber connection.

Going to my loot page consistently doesn't work 90% of the time.
