Just lost 0 LP from losing?

https://imgur.com/a/OFkp9fE Title says it, I just lost a game and lost 0 LP from it even though I was at 38 LP before the fight started? the game ended and it had the "Reconnect" screen as if I left the match (even though it was over) and I clicked it and it was trying to load the game (again even though it was over) so I just closed it out with the task manager, it brought me to the screen to honor someone and then bam, realized I lost 0 lp. Edit: I know it says Loss prevented, but the game ran just fine, a normal game.
