"play like the pros" Mission is not completing.

I received the "play like the pros" mission in my missions earlier today and since then have played and one with 2 champions on the list, that being Ekko and Rakan, but the mission has not completed as if I had not played those games in the first place. All of my other missions have been completed aside from Lucky 34, and I'd really like the exp from completing the mission. The link is the list of champions it says can be played containing Ekko and Rakan.
