Series auto loss?

I got into series for d1 last night and today I logged on and it said "a series you were in has been ended due to a dodge or a loss" I havent played any games since getting into series. Just wondering what happened.

This just happened to me this morning wtf? I got into dia 3 promos yesterday after a hot streak, and then logged in today with that message and now I'm at 90 lp. This client. Sucks. DICK.

Same thing happened to me for promos to D1
