skarner altars appear not in control after disconnect

when u disconnect playing skarner while controling 2 altars on your teams side of the map, these apear as if not in control by your team when they acctualy are after u reconnect, so in order to have a visual display that u control them u must wait for enemy team to capture them (both), then u recapture it and everything is back to normal, this happens with only a 1 second dc
