Infinite Crashing Bug

I have encountered a bug a few times where League just refuses to open. The first thing that happens is the Reconnecting thing pops up (Usually after the end of a game). Then, I try to go back on league. The little logo pops up for about 2 seconds and then league crashes before it even opens. To fix this bug, I have to restart my whole PC, and I really don't want to do that for one game.
