Cant click minions / towers / shop

So yeah, the first game every day, I go through the following issues

• Can't click anything on the game, including the shop, minions, and towers
• i get huge ping spikes until this happens (This is the worst part, last game i had 30,000 ping)
• I don't have any viruses etc, i have checked numerious times What the heck do i do?
