Riot, this is straight-up deceptive. Some people bought the pass purely to craft the capsules, but they're not even being offered.

I sincerely hope they're craftable, because I was hoping to make a bunch to HOPEFULLY get at least one stocking stuffer. If they're not craftable, I'm going to be asking for my RP back.
