Riot why am i stuck in loading screen every now and then

I'm just normally like any human being Queueing to play and i get stuck in loading screen forever until they remake and im the one that get's the leaver and loses the lp when it's obviously your fault all i do is switch the tab in loading screen and do some browsing, i don't even consume that much ram or internet to fuck up the loading and it usually doesn't affect me

but sometimes it just leaves me stuck in loading screen at 100% with nothing i can do, i can't quit and rejoin because i can't tell when im stuck and when im not, and i can't wait because it never lets me in and they always remake

riot if i get another leaver buster out of this im sending non-stop tickets until u fix it
