VIktor damage bug (potentially a problem with morellos?!?)

I just played a game where viktor was doing an irresponsible amount of damage. Like I don't ever remember viktor dealing this much, and it seemed to start from when he built morellos. Later in the game, when my death timer was longer, I checked the numbers on the wiki page. With a single siphon strike he dealt 1300 damage to me. The base damages are 240. There were no abyssal scepters on the enemy team and all the magic pen he had was sorc shoes. He would have to have had over 1000 ap to have dealt that much damage to me with a single siphon strike. And there was no bug with death recap. That was the only thing that contributed to killing me.

The 1300 damage death occured at the swain death around 32 minutes.
