Fixing Attack Move Click On Certain Targets

I've noticed that Attack Move Click does not work for certain targets when you click near (not hovering) the target, primarily: The Scuttle Crab, Plants, GP's Barrels, & Illaoi's tentacles.

Now I have thought that it may not be working because these four are neutral targets but that doesn't quite make sense cause all jungle creatures are technically neutral (y'know until attacked) and then there's Illaoi's tentacles and GP's Barrels which should be considered an enemy target.

I'm not sure if this is intended but I think these targets deserve a fix for Attack Move Click cause it just doesn't make complete sense or feel completely right that these four things can't be targeted with the Attack Move Click. It seems because these were recently programmed targets that it simply was forgotten about.
