Sion double death bug.

So I quit league for a month because it was getting way too buggy my friends tell me "Hey lets play league its not that buggy anymore." So I hop in for a game or two on the second game this enemy sion dies first blood then I see out the corner of my eye he died again only 20 seconds later I press tab check his deaths and sure enough it shows up as two... From that I assume you can see the bug don't believe me feel free to add me on league and you can look at my profile to see this for yourself... Though riot doesn't really need to do that so I hope they fix this and the rest of the bugs and make league great again.
