Energized Decisive Strike bug

When Garen uses Decisive Strike and has Statikk Shiv, the shiv will proc with the timing of a normal attack (about .25 seconds early). I've only tested this with Statikk Shiv, so I'm not sure about Rapidfire Cannon or Kircheis Shard (didn't pay attention before I got Shiv).
