When Xin Zhao would crit normally but it is his third attack (from his W passive), Xin only does 175% damage rather than 200% damage. I tested this by building 100% critical chance and my damage looked like: 400 400 350 on my autos. This means that building any form of Crit on Xin Zhao is now a bad idea, something I don't think was intended.

Same thing applies to Fiora and other champs with guaranteed crit. Building inf edge does not amplify either, so flat ad is the only way to get full benefit.

Dear Riot,
Please address this hidden punishment for Xin players buying Crit items. They are clearly being nerfed "in disguise", which is not fair and takes some of the fun away from building different items for different situations.
