Per-side offset not working on Howling Abyss

On EUW on Howling abyss, on the purple side you will have the normal locked camera even if you use the per-side offset

Thanks for the report! We're aware of the issue with per-side offset and are working on a fix. As a note, this won't be fixed in 6.2.

None of the offsets are working in America (at least where I play) on either side of howling abyss, just default
