[GAMEPLAY] skill up arrow for no reason

Heyho,

2: See picture - I am lvl 1 and got the option to learn W, but I can't click it. I had this bug from the beginning of game, but the arrow was only a bit more "black" as the other skill up arrows.

3: I started the game. Maybe I tabed out in loading screen.

4: First time. Never had this before. I played more games with the same champion, but it has not appeared again.
