Gameplay/Permanent Zed Shadows?

So i was laning against a a few days ago and the game hit a weird lag spike or something that affected everyone in the game, BUT, for some reason, Zed, and ONLY Zed, benefited from it. How might you ask? Well, he got a permanent shadow. It threw shuriken at me and everything and they hurt too! So i was being attacked by a Zed, and TWO SHADOWS! And the damage they did during his ult even triggered as well it was really bad. And i wasnt the only one to see it everyone in the game could see it and he definately abused it. Has anyone else seen this happen or is it just a random bug i happened to get stuck fighting against? Answers please riot? [slayer-jinx-unamused]
