[Gameplay] Vi's Secondary Q action bugged

Hello Riot and everyone, here to hit everyone on an issue about Vi's secondary Q action being bugged. This had happened/started not to long ago after the ARURF game mode had returned when I had noticed this bug. The bug is simple, Vi has two actions on her Q (charging it and releasing it). At random moments in the game (which is in all game modes, Ranked, Aram, ARURF, normal mode) her secondary (the release) won't go off, as in the player has no ability to cast the second action. You'll be stuck in the charging animation until the charge runs out. This is rather annoying as A Vi main and can/has effect some games. Unfortunately the bug is random and you can't replicate it on purpose or visually display the bug happening. It just looks like you're charging q and waiting for it to run down, the Arrow displaying which direction you will cast the q also disappears while this bug occurs. If it helps, it's a similar bug when Cassiopeia W(Miasma) was changed. If Vi charged Q and walked over her W(Miasma) then VI would not be able to release her Q even after walking out of the W.

I can confirm this is true, it happens at random times, sometimes it doesn't happen in a game, sometimes it happens many times in a game. Also one more note, it does go off if you press q again a few times.

This has happen to me way to many times then it should. I main vi top so i use q to engage but most often then not the q freezes and i cant cast it and i end up dying. i would love this to be fixed.
