[GAMEPLAY] No LOOT due to "ineligible" post-game Orange message but NOT on chat restriction

About one month ago, I was on CHAT restriction for 10 games due to comments about Trolls & Feeders. But in additional to apologizing, changing my ways, and serving my time (without being able to chat with even team-mates), that periods has been over for weeks. But yesterday while playing a normal PvP game on SR map, I did very good (11/4/7) and believe qualified for LOOT but instead got an ORANGE system message of: "You are ineligible to earn loot due to previous behavioral restrictions" and further no grade was posted in client (have screen-shot included below as link) nor any loot given later. picture of error message after game!

After reading the patch notes (http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/news/game-updates/patch/patch-65-notes), it only says : "PLAY NICE Players who are not in good standing due to negative behavior are unable to earn chests or keys" ; Thus since NOW in good standing was hoping to receive loot.

Additional details:

  • I was in "match-making" since joined a friend by forming a party prior to starting game
  • He never had chat restriction but did get LOOT from the same game
  • running client version 6.5.16_03_04_23_13
  • it was the First time playing TRISTANA after the Loot system released
  • I have played more games but yet to receive any new LOOT
  • on profile page, it still shows all four (4) available chests for me to earn this month Can someone from Riot please help and at least let me know when LOOT will be available for me (and others that have ever had Chat Restrictions in the past but not currently in BAD standing!) ???

What a joke. How soft are the developers of this game? Were they pushed into lockers as kids? The penalties are ridiculously too strict. Liberal country we live in...

Roit is literally truthfully the most worst/inconsiderate/idiotic game company I've ever dealt with. They do stuff that makes 0 sense. I put in extra time to get rid of that 9 game chat restriction and I still can't obtain hex loot. Such a holes these riot employees are. A few days before that I had my main account banned a day after spending over 50$ on riotpoints. Could have given a refund if they are going to be so insane and do that crap! Sensitive nancies these people. Pathetic game company with abnormally large pathetic tendencies.

Even after you finish your punishment, there's still a time period you have to go through before the system considers you "reformed" when it comes to receiving the hextech loot. This time period, though, is not a fixed amount of time, it will be different from player to player.

The 3 months people are saying comes from the fact that it takes 3 months without being punished to drop down one punishment tier. However, that is not necessarily the case when it comes to the hextech loot. It could be shorter or even longer, who knows, but it will depend on the player.

And it takes 3 months to reform, so you're still not allowed to receive any free loots from Riot.

I just need to know something. I have faced the same situation and suddenly the message disappeared yet i still don't receive loot (for 2-3 games so far). Does that mean it's over or am i still punished? Gragas

You have a 3 month probation period after receiving any form of moderation against your account, to see if you can uphold the summoners code and reform without be elevated to the next tier of punishment. I don't understand why people have a problem with this. I myself have been chat restricted, I made the mistake as did you, now Riot has to watch your account to make sure you don't continue your ways. Riot stated in the Hextech crafting release notes that players would be eligible for rewards only after their reform period is up.

Don't worry I got restricted chat for trying to stop a fight between my team-mates and telling them to shut the f up and play. I wouldn't say I get toxic (as I've never told a player to kill themselves or any of the other number of colourful insults they bring up) I generally say shut the f up or to stop being a-holes I get restricted chat. When I asked why it was acceptable for the player to tell me to miscarry my children (something I have already gone through) or slit my throat so my mother didn't have to kill herself to make up for not aborting me, their response was I should have just ignored the player and not encouraged their behaviour. I was apparently at fault for talking to them and getting involved.

Nothing was done and they closed my ticket when I kept asking questions about what more evidence they needed after I sent in my own screenshots and a video of the whole game of our adc flaming his support over dying once. Again they said I just shouldn't have gotten involved and just submitted a report, which I did and nothing came of it.

Everyone rages at some point - we are all guilty of that. I do, mostly me talking it to the computer screen, but I never go out of my way to insult people with the kind of rubbish I get sent, but apparently I'm worthy of a ban for telling people to shut up and just play.
